Delivery is provided free of charge unless otherwise stated on our website or by a member of our team.
We will always do our best to deliver on the date selected at the checkout stage. From time to time, however (e.g. during the Christmas period or during particularly busy times), this may not be possible. In such instances, a member of our team will get in touch with you to arrange for a delivery at another time.
Next day delivery is usually available (but this cannot be guaranteed) as long as an order is placed – with cleared funds received – by 4pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. In line with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, unwanted or incorrectly ordered items can only be returned or cancelled within the 14 day cooling off period provided they are completely empty, undamaged, and unused.
Any refunds – the cost of your item – will be refunded back to the original payment card. For security reasons, we cannot provide refunds to an alternate payment method.
